Ingredients
- egg white, 100g
- plain yogurt, 30g
- almonds flour, 20g
- whole-grain oat flour, 10g
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients and let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, put a small (10 cm diameter) non-stick frying pan on a low heat. Add the batter to the pan, then cover and cook for around 15 minutes.
Turn the mass over and put it back into the pan to finish cooking for 5 minutes more.
Once cooked, transfer to a plate and let it cool down. Split the cake in half horizontally and stamp a circular hole into the center of each slice.
Spread the yogurt over it and garnish with fruit and a chocolate sauce or whatever you like.
